Horror films are a not-so-guilty pleasure of mine and if a horror movie has been made in the last few decades, is in English, and doesn’t look absolutely execrable, I have probably seen it.

I like horror movies, too. I've seen many of the ones on your list. If you haven't seen The Black Phone, I highly recommend it. Stars Ethan Hawke. I don't think you will be disappointed.
