I actually took the time to look that last one up before it was published and to the best of my knowledge, it hasn't been debunked, although there was some Russian guy claiming she was pretending to be her mother with very little to prove his case. So, I guess there's always a chance she was a scam artist, but at the moment, I think she's still officially recognized as the world's oldest verified woman.

That's why I had the idea that the claim was false. I should have been as scrupulous as you, and checked before I made that comment.
