5 Huge Benefits of Deporting All of America’s Illegal Immigrants
There are almost no long-term downsides to getting rid of illegal immigrants.
Although in the very short term, we could have temporary labor shortages for, say, farmers, meat packing plants, hotel cleaning staff, etc., that wouldn’t last long. Increased wages to draw in American workers, robotics, or, if needed, new guest worker programs would take up the slack in short order.
That could also lead to some small price increases that would go almost entirely into wages for lower-middle-class and poor Americans. For example, here’s a very generalized example of what we could expect in a few limited areas from ChatGPT:
Beyond that, what do we lose if every illegal immigrant gets deported? Signs written in Spanish? Welfare recipients? Potential voters for the Democratic Party?
What illegals really are is extremely cheap labor that helps a small slice of the population save or make money, while the staggering costs are passed on to the rest of society. Let’s get into what those costs look like so people can see how much our country would benefit from getting rid of illegal aliens.
1) Crime would drop: Many years ago, I tried to pay a researcher to give me statistics on how many illegal aliens are in the prison systems of each state. After checking into it, he told me it wasn’t possible to do that article because most states don’t keep statistics on how many illegals are imprisoned in their state. Why? You have to think it’s because if the American people could see how much actual crime is committed by illegal aliens, it would raise all sorts of awkward questions for people that want to keep our borders open. It would also make it impossible for liberal interest groups to claim that illegal immigrants commit fewer crimes than American citizens, which almost certainly isn’t true.
Still, EVERY SINGLE CRIME committed by an illegal alien is an unnecessary crime because none of them should be here. Every robbery, every rape, every murder committed by an illegal alien wouldn’t have happened if they had been stopped at the border or deported. So, how many of these crimes are there? It’s impossible to say exactly, but these numbers start to give us a sense of how many crimes are being committed, even though they have to be grossly undercounting the numbers almost by default:
Last week, ICE Deputy Director Patrick Lechleitner sent a letter to lawmakers detailing the number of criminal aliens on ICE’s national docket. As of July 21, 2024, nearly 650,000 criminal aliens were on the NDD—meaning they had previously been encountered by CBP, turned over to ICE, had their criminal history documented, and then were released into the United States.
The specific breakdown of what types of criminals have been released is just as sobering. The following numbers include both convicted criminals and those with pending charges for the specific offense. In all categories, the former exceeded the latter:
· Homicide: 14,944
· Sexual Assault: 20,061
· Assault: 105,146
· Burglary/Larceny/Robbery: 60,268
· Traffic Offenses: 126,343
· Weapon Offenses: 16,820
· Kidnapping: 3,372
· Commercialized Sexual Offenses: 3,971
Although there is very little recent information, in states like Texas, California, and Arizona, older data shows illegals making up somewhere between 11-17% of the prison population in those states. That’s A LOT of crime that shouldn’t be happening, and a lot of American citizens being victimized by people who should be gone.
2) Wages would go up: Illegal aliens simply don’t have the same costs as American citizens. They don’t have to get healthcare. They don’t have to get car insurance. Yes, some of them do pay taxes, but large numbers of them also don’t pay taxes or CHEAT ON THEIR TAXES. What that means is that even setting everything else aside, they can afford to work much cheaper than American citizens.
What would happen if illegal aliens disappeared? Well, the workers would have to be replaced, right? So, how would business owners do it? Well, some of it could be done via automation or guest worker programs, but the only way to get Americans to fill those jobs would be to raise their wages significantly.
For example, if we look at something like the meatpacking industry, we can see how the pay for workers plunged as illegals started taking more and more jobs from Americans:
Also, there are precious few examples of this in recent years, but we can see what happened to wages in the immediate aftermath of the Swift meatpacking plants being hit with immigration raids:
There are very few things we could do that would help poor and lower-middle-class Americans more than to get rid of illegal aliens.
3) Schools would be better without illegal aliens: In this country, we allow illegal kids to go to school, even though they’re not citizens, and in many cases, their parents aren’t contributing tax dollars to pay for it. This leads to large amounts of resources being devoted to students who shouldn’t be in this country in the first place.
Although (and this is a running theme with illegal aliens) the statistics aren’t broken out as well as they should be (deliberately), the children of immigrants (legal and illegal) make up an inordinate percentage of students in many school districts:
In many of the nation’s largest metropolitan areas (which can include many PUMAs), students from immigrant households account for a very large share of public school enrollment, including:
59 percent in San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara, Calif.
56 percent in Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach, Fla.
52 percent in Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, Calif.
48 percent in San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward, Calif.
47 percent in New York-Newark-Jersey City, N.Y.-N.J.-Pa.
42 percent in Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land, Texas
39 percent in Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, D.C.-Va.-Md.-W.Va.
35 percent in Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, Texas
34 percent in Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue, Wash.
33 percent in Las Vegas-Henderson-Paradise, Nev.
30 percent in Boston-Cambridge-Newton, Mass.-N.H.
States where the share of public school students from immigrant households has increased the most from 1990 to 2021 are:
Delaware, from 2 to 25 percent
New Jersey, from 17 to 39 percent
Nevada, from 11 to 30 percent
Maryland, from 9 to 29 percent
Washington state, from 9 to 28 percent
North Carolina, from 2 to 19 percent
Virginia, from 6 to 23 percent
Georgia, from 3 to 19 percent
Massachusetts, from 13 to 28 percent
Florida, from 17 to 31 percent
New York, from 21 to 35 percent
Texas, from 17 to 31 percent
We’re talking about hiring more teachers, having translators, and expanding schools -- for what? Kids who aren’t supposed to be here at all and their terrible parents who are taking advantage of Americans? Illegals that are deported don’t need to be schooled here, and if they’re not here, it will make our schools cheaper and better.
4) Reduced medical costs: It’s no secret that most illegals don’t bother with getting health insurance. Why should they when the emergency rooms are required by law to treat them, and they can just skip out on the bill? Most Americans wouldn’t want to do that because they’d be afraid the bill would follow them for decades, but illegals habitually have fake documents. Although hospitals across the country have this problem, in certain areas close to the border, it’s much worse:
Even before the Biden administration allowed millions of illegals into the country during his tenure, Forbes reported that American taxpayers were funding $18.5 billion in healthcare for illegal aliens through various means, including Medicaid, Obamacare, state and local programs, and “cost-shifting,” meaning those with medical insurance are paying more to cover uncompensated care losses at hospitals.
According to a report out of Texas, hospitals spent $121 million in the month of November 2024 alone, covering for over 31,000 visits from illegals. From December through February, illegals visited Texas hospitals nearly 80,000 times, costing $329 million.
Florida reportedly spent $660 million statewide on illegal immigrants in 2024.
But Texas and Florida are both states that decided to start systematically tracking illegal aliens’ burden on their health systems.
Democrat-run states like California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Illinois have actually expanded the cost burden on American citizens by allowing illegals to access healthcare facilities.
So, if illegals impose enormous costs on hospitals, but they refuse to pay, what happens to those expenses? Well, the hospitals don’t just eat those costs. Instead, YOU PAY FOR THEM, either with your taxes or with higher medical bills. Additionally, if you’ve ever had a long wait at the emergency room before (and if you haven’t yet, give it time), it’s also worth noting they’re a big part of that problem, too:
“We can confirm that our health system has in fact seen a decline in both Emergency room visits and in rates of patients showing up to scheduled health appointments,” LACDHS told The Federalist. The department also claimed that “the fear caused by the aggressive approach of the ICE raids has left many in the LA County communities fearing for their safety. Regardless of immigration status, the patients we serve are expressing fear and anxiety.”
LACDHS operates the Los Angeles General Medical Center, which has notoriously long wait times and is “known to have a lot of illegal immigrants,” Dr. Jared Ross, an emergency room physician in Missouri who worked in the LA General emergency room during medical school, told The Federalist. Ross described exorbitant wait times while working there, sometimes 10-plus hours.
With LA General seeing a drop in illegal alien patients, even on top of the state-provided and taxpayer-funded benefits given to them, it is hard to imagine hospitals across the country have not experienced the same phenomenon.
“We have a massive problem with ER overcrowding in the country,” Ross added, stating that the issue is extremely complicated and that there are numerous ways that illegals have abused the American healthcare system.
Illegal aliens who get deported aren’t going to be clogging up our emergency rooms or forcing Americans to pay higher medical bills. In other words, the quicker we get rid of the illegals, the cheaper and faster our medical care will get.
5) 400+ billion dollars per year in taxes: It is true that illegals do pay SOME MONEY into our tax system, but just as you’d expect for mostly poor manual laborers who don’t necessarily care very much about paying their taxes in a foreign country, they take much more out than they give.
The amount illegal aliens have leeched off of American taxpayers has always been high, but after the Biden administration opened the floodgates and many liberals demanded new benefits for illegals, the amount of taxpayer dollars being wasted on illegals has soared into the stratosphere:
“Americans could pay up to $451 billion to care for migrants who entered the US illegally but have been released into the country or escaped from custody, according to a new report due out Monday from House Republicans and obtained exclusively by The Post.
“‘Every day, millions of American taxpayer dollars are spent on costs directly associated with illegal immigration and the unprecedented crisis at the Southwest border sparked by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ policies,’ the House Homeland Security Committee interim staff report states.”
“‘Only a small fraction is ever recouped from the taxes paid by illegal aliens, with the rest falling on the shoulders of American citizens and lawful residents,’ it adds.”
“Compiled from federal and state records, media reports, and other public information, the 50-page document outlines the taxpayer costs incurred in medical care, housing, education, and other welfare benefits for tens of millions of migrants — to say nothing of the additional costs for law enforcement.”
We’re talking about more than 4.5 TRILLION DOLLARS over a decade here. That’s more than enough money to fund NASA at the current rate for 180 YEARS, and we’re spending it on people who aren’t supposed to be in America at all because they supposedly make the cost of a few vegetables and housekeeping marginally cheaper.
What is our country doing? Nothing sane or smart, that’s for sure! It’s time to change course.

This is awesome. Saved in my archives.
One more additional thing that is more obscure but might be the most important of all.
It will result in more social and political cohesion.
Living in California there are locations where Spanish is the primary language and Americans feel like a stranger in their own land. That would diminish. People would feel a greater sense of "family" and would care more for their communities.
Democrats would no longer have the dream of the Great Replacement and would have to shift their political agenda to one where they are serving the American people instead of dividing the American people attempting to flood in more poor and uneducated immigrants to eventually grow Democrat voters rolls.
They all need to go. All!
