As a leftist- A lot of liberals and conservatives have a lot in common, and a lot of leftists tend to be anti-tyranny, and anti-big government. I could definitely have a civil conversation and agree with a right-winger, but a lot of leftists consider politics to be a matter of morals, so I wouldn't be able to do a relationship.
But we're all equal. The girl who said, "There's something wrong with Christian's brains," would probably be kind of toxic to be in a relationship with, even if you were an atheist.
I find it very amusing that liberals will say, "I would never date a conservative", but then when a conservative says, "Good idea. I don't want to date you either", they scream, "Why not? You narrow-minded bigot!"

The bible warns about being unequally yoked, and the other side of that coin is my question; "is that person just ignorant, or are they perhaps demonically possessed?" They think the NRA is terrible; I know the Freedom From Religion Foundation is demonic. I couldn't date a progressive because of a respect gap- | don't like stupid people, and anyone who embraces the woke nonsense that's everywhere simply can't be too bright. It's awful how the leftward swerve puts everything out of kilter.
No. Never going to happen. I just can't go out with someone who I know is a stupid liberal. Stupidity turns me off. I know diehard conservative and I've accepted this about myself.
