At what point have we crossed the rubicon? How do we know America isn't already dead?

Yup, the rot/cancer has probably spread too deep that it can't be cut out or eradicated. We've got all these wealthy leftists working tirelessly to change the country, electing smooth talking dudes like Barry, who work to gut the nation and all our traditions. All we need to do is read the display in the Smithsonian about what constitutes whiteness/supremacy and you see it.

Yeah—the Demofascist Party and their globalist partners have created a soup-to-nuts recipe to destroy the republic.

There's hope. The young guys in the colleges have been standing up.

Sadly it appears to be the young women in college who show the most egregious lack of common sense (or even sanity). Protesting so vehemently for a culture that would oblige them to wear black bags over their heads, pound clothes w/a rock in a river, and embracing 2nd-class citizenship is simply crazy. Makes no sense- the protestors must be acting on hormone-fueled rage and not the facts (this sounds like something my husband would say, but unfortunately it feels true).

The young men, especially those who have protected the flag from the demonstrators in recent days, have shown admirable courage in the face of this insanity. Good for them. I'd like to encourage more men to be more like men and change the trajectory of this country.

It's incredible, isn't it? Yet I remember when I was at university and it was so left wing; even in the 80's (Ronald Ray-gun was being hung every Hallowe'en in effigy), that who's to say if I was young again and there today, that I wouldn't be one of these foolish Hamas protesters?? Rush's "minds full of mush" is partly true, and we were also seriously indoctrinated! It's absolutely enraging and horrifying to me now; I'd like to ship them off to a country where they could live what they claim to want. All this is to say John's point about "effin up the education system" is spot on; I'll testify that it took me over a decade to clear away the fog and the B.S. God help us; at this point He's the only one who can.

Um, all that's already happening, been happening for decades. Americans have been too busy entertaining ourselves to notice or even care that our destruction is at hand. I sense an awakening. An uprising of the 30%, effectively our own 300, will meet the enemy horde and route it out of existence. Then, battle-weary but wiser, we will commit again to the foundation of virtue we once knew, rebuilding our country and our spiritual relationship with God. I pray that God will not abandon us, but help us find our way back home.

Yep, that's the idea.

I wish it were true, but HumDeeDee, name me the empire/civilization where this has happened. I do agree that God could save us, and conversely that we could save ourselves by turning back to Him. But even Israel, with God's shakina glory lighting up the Temple(!!), would worship false gods, and be destroyed, even taken away into captivity, one of several diasporas. The rot is too deep, the foundations have been shattered. I hope I'm wrong. At this point, I pray for the Remnant.

Your pessimism is warranted, and you are right, empires collapse as will ours. I'm just praying that once the collapse occurs, who ever remains, at least for a time, will recognize that values and truth are the only avenue to a purposeful life and adherence to the wisdom of the bible, which whether one is religious or not is still the best standard to live by.
