I couldn't agree more, John! The United States has every right to determine who receives permission to enter the country for any reason. Sovereign nations can't remain sovereign otherwise.

Good article. Thanks for posting.

John F. Kennedy would have agreed with you. He was considered a Liberal in his day and he loved his country, which today's Liberals cannot abide. It is painful for me, at 75, to see the state to which our country has devolved through the evolution of the Left.

I don’t think we should have ANY IMMIGRATION for the next ten years. Nothing, nada, zilch.

We are full of too many welfare dependents and non tax paying individuals as it is who vote 70% of the time for whoever is giving them the most freebies. We can’t get rid of a congresswoman in my state because she caters to one very Hispanic county with days where she has seminars on how to get the most benefits from the local and federal government.

I hope that solving this problem isn't beyond Trump. Unfortunately, there are going to be a lot of Republicans -- and I do mean *a lot* -- who will stand in his way. It will take an enormous amount of will and political capital, and four years isn't a lot of time to undo what took decades to bring us to this point.

A post with plenty facts and graphics to finally convince the most disbelieving U. S. citizen on the dire necessity of deporting all illegal aliens from our nation. Admittedly, I think those convicted of more criminal acts and serving time in prisons should be ousted first; but then those who can be identified through the money, property, and licenses already given them should surely be next in line for deportation. Yes, President-elect Trump promised us to get this done, and we've given him the opportunity to do it--if we can make it to Jan 20, 2025, with our nation intact and he can begin his term with a team and cabinet in place to begin the work.
