As a long-time subscriber, I am a big fan of your thinking and writing. In this case, however, I believe it is false to say, “All morality is completely arbitrary without God”. Ethics is, in fact, a science, as it is based on objectively identifiable facts. What people choose as their religious beliefs is just as arbitrary as what people choose as their non-religious beliefs. For a non-arbitrary code of morality, a person must objectively identify the facts of reality that lead to a scientifically derived code of morality.
