Today, we live in a world where masculinity is idolized on the big screen but is in retreat in the real world – and no wonder. So many young men grow up without fathers or good masculine role models in their lives and they’re bombarded with negative messages about masculinity.
#7. We should all be so fortunate to have friends like that. Too few of us do. I have found 4 in my entire lifetime and they are treasures.
I got into sports because that was a way to prove your masculinity. I was good at it.
