Boy I live here and I ask myself those questions all the time, mostly centered around the ungratefulness for the genius and sacrifice of those who came before them, these spoiled rotten juveniles of the left. 2 year olds having a tantrum that they can never grow out of, congratulating each other on how mature and enlightened that they are. If there was a better place to go, I might understand this renunciation, but where can you go that's better?

Wow, post "Saint" George Floyd Minn is even a more crazy place to live, esp Minneapolis. When I was young I didn't know any better and thought; "well, affirmative action sounds fair, because black people were discriminated against." Then I applied to college and got bumped out of a spot by people who didn't have grades and test scores as high as mine. Later, in my career, I lost out on several promotions because my company had the policy of increasing diversity, and white men like me did not further that goal. The institutional racism I suffered from will never be recompensed. The crazy thing is, the Democrats are the party of slavery and Jim Crow, yet conservatives like me get the blame and pay the freight. Good luck , and God guide you in raising your child in today's America, CL.
