I believe in full gender equality as the female gender demands. I believe that this requires me to deal with any female the same as I would a man. If I am at a protest and some male spits at me and tries to hit me, I will clock him. So, I would do the same to a female.
Likewise, if a homeless thug attempts to steal a phone from a male or female, no matter if that homeless thug is a male or female, I would jump in the fight the thug to protect the potential victim.
Part of the problem we have today is that too many females are taking advantage of this male tendency toward chivalry while she attempts to scratch their eyes out and destroy their career and life. Males walk on eggshells to protect their reputation, so they have greater odds getting sex. That is the source of female power where she can employ vulnerable narcissism tactics to remote control and dominate men.
Personally, I think if more misbehaving females got clocked by the male they were mistreating, more of them would stop mistreating males.

At least twice a month, students would physically assault a teacher. Sometimes they would form a mob and jump a teacher in the classroom because the teacher disrespected one of the students. The administration would never report these attacks to the police as required by law, and would push hard on teachers not to make a report. Most teachers did not want to go against the administration.
It happened to me one day after school. I had been dealing with a female teen (I normally refer to them as young ladies, but this was no lady) for several months. When the administration would not deal with her issues, I did the only thing I could, issue her a two day class suspension. In CA, a teacher can do that and the administration cannot override it. If they do and the teacher reports it to the district or the state, the administrator will lose their job and possibly their credentials. (I had done this to a couple of administrators and they all lost their jobs).
I would issue this brat two day suspensions twice a week for a while. Eventually she got the message and settled down a little, because while on class suspension, she had to sit in the office with an administrator nearby. They hated that because they had to babysit the student on class suspension and be ready to step in if the student became unruly.
Unbeknownst to me, on the day that was her last day at school, she went off in class. When I hit the emergency call button, she left the classroom while unleashing a torrent of foul language. Cameras later showed she had left the campus so nothing was done.
After school, a few students of mine came in to get some help. They were setting me up. Two distracted me long enough to let this brat and a mob of her friends into the room and they started tossing the room. Then a group surrounded be because they were going to teach me a lesson.
I had been practicing Shaolin Kung Fu. I started my son because he was being bullied in school and would not fight back. I decided to join because I loved the philosophy. I have no ill intent against you if you leave me be, but if you attack me, I will go all out to cause the maximum amount of harm in a very short period. I will not stop until you are no longer a threat to anyone. It is very effective for self-defense, I have used it a few times against attackers much larger than I am.

A few of her students she was helping saw what was happening and they called the office on the emergency call button. They provided witness statements to back up my story.

Mom and her had recently moved to the area after leaving Reno, NV because they were under investigation by the FBI for major welfare fraud. They set up shop in CA under assumed identities. They had only moved 200 miles from Reno and the FBI quickly found them, discovered what they were doing in CA and had just arrested the mother that morning. The daughter was supposed to go to stay with her father (she was the youngest child of the mother who had had 9 children with 9 different men). This brat decided this was the day she was going to get her revenge.

Further investigation revealed her true age. She ended up being charged with over 100 counts of welfare fraud and assaulting a public employee. It turned out, the Feds could handle the assault against me because I was a public school employee at a school receiving Federal Funds. It is rarely used but it is used when it helps them in specific cases.
The administration though tried to get me charged with assaulting a few minors and causing great bodily harm. Of course I lawyered up fast, and not the with the lawyer the union would provide me, but with the best lawyer in Northern CA that specializes in cases involving public schools teachers. Within a month, the DA declined to charge me because it was clearly self-defense. With a large mob of students, I pretty much could go all out on self-defense. He stated that even if I was illegally carrying a firearm on campus, I could have legally used it and avoided proscution on the gun charges because of the situation.
Unfortunately, a couple of years after that, I suffered a stroke and needed two years to rehab. I took up shooting as that was the only way I could defend my family. I was too weak and too slow to get into physical altercations.
My reputation at school for several years kept most students from trying to start trouble with me. I did have a few who tried to assault me, but by that time, I learned to always keep a desk between me and the student and perfected the technique of maneuvering the student towards the door, get them to step out and then quickly closing the door so they could not get to me. It took me several more years to get a transfer to my current school in a nearby, more affluent town in the same district. The student population and parents are much better and the administration always backs teachers. I have only had to write a couple of referrals in 4 years. My worst student now is way better than the average student I dealt with at my old school. The climate at my old school has deteriorated to the point where the district has to allow all parents who want to transfer their students to another school in the district and provide transportation. Some who have transferred to my current school only last a few months because the school does not tolerate bad behavior. They use the education laws to get them transferred to the County School system in spite of their parent's protest.
I did keep up with the martial arts training for a while, but I focused on deflecting blows long enough to allow me find an escape. I am also careful to just stay away from bad situations. I am also leaving this state next summer, after I retire to move to a state that allows constitutional carry so I can still defend myself and family.
Wow, what a dystopian nightmare school system! When and where I went to school in a small town in WI, we didn't have any of that. We had some bad kids who drank and smoked weed down by the creek, but no violence. I suppose some will consider this racist but it was aided by the fact that we had only a couple of black kids in my school and they were in middle class families. At that time there was no rap music inciting anti-white violence. I'm proud of you for what you did; it would make an amazing movie- but of course no one would dare produce it today. Combine your story with what happened in Australia with their lovely Islamic immigrants, and yeah, arming yourself for protection is wise, prudent, and increasingly necessary.

Our union used her, until the members decided they wanted to save $5 a month to keep the attorney on retainer. So, a member only gets an attorney referral is the Union decides to do so on a case by case basis.
As the union became more woke, they were less likely to help me. Not a problem, I can handle the issues myself. I have no problem going directly to an administrator at the site or the district office to work towards a solution. If they refuse, and I am on strong legal grounds, my attorney steps in.
When I win, the settlement always includes that the district and/or the union pays the attorney costs. I only pay union dues for the legal representation or for them to pay the attorney when I win. I opt out of contributing towards any political activity. When they send their mailer on how to vote, it never aligns with how I vote. The union is no longer interested in education, they just push the liberal democratic agenda.
I told the principal and the district that I am retiring unless I am allowed to transfer. There is a severe teacher shortage, especially in CA. Most science and math positions take 2 to 4 years to fill. In the meantime, the students are taught by a series of subs. In CA, a sub can only work 30 days in one position, then they have to move to another position. Of course, the students are not learning.
I am also one of the few science teachers that follow the IEP’s. My district has paid out millions to settle with parents because teachers are not following the IEPs.
The district relented and let me transfer to another site. This site has a fantastic administration and kids just do not get away with this sort of behavior. Touch a teacher and the student is expelled and the local police are called and the student is arrested for assault.
I am still amazed because the majority of students say please and thank you. They will open doors for teachers and will help teachers carry things to their classroom, even if they do not know the teacher.
I can call parents and they do not blame the teacher; they blame their student. (Like when I went to school).
My stress level dropped by over half.
This is my last year. Even at my current site, wokism is creeping in. The district is now pushing for us to modify our grading so every student will pass and graduate. It is time to leave.
I will move out of CA and find another job to keep busy while I get to be a grandpa.

There has been plenty of discussion about Hollywood's obsession with "girl boss" movies and that confuses some people I guess, along with the transgender foolishness?
