This kind of nonsense is the result of permissive societies removing boundaries and accepting of everything. Bring back the sideshow, the asylums and exotic animal exhibits for these attention-seekers to display their uniqueness. They do not belong in normal society - if that's even a thing anymore.
I don’t believe trans advocates believe what they say or what others believe about what they say. It’s a form of communion and omnipotent libertarianism. Too many cases in counter arguments - the list of what people might be but are not is definitively infinite. A lot of silly people supported by those who want tenure or to avoid alienating potential political allies.
